From selecting the best land for cultivation to sowing, harvesting, and milling — every process is carried out by the farmers and craftsmen of Menge Village, the heart of Jinmaek Soju.
 
Aged in American oak casks for over three years, Jinmaek Oak offers a unique harmony between the elegance of soju and the depth of whiskey.
Delicate floral and fruity aromas unfold into soft vanilla and oak notes, finishing with a gentle spice that lingers on the palate.
