SOOLDOGA
술 도 가
SOOLDOGA means "a house that brews liquors" in Korean.
Quite literally, SOOLDOGA is a brewery, but an open one where anyone can visit and see how Korean liquors are brewed, fermented and aged.
Oh it's a liquor shop, too. We have the vastest list of Korean liquors in Europe.
It's a classroom as well. A classroom for everyone
who wants to learn and make Korean liquors.

Our Story
Korean Culture and Drinks, Liquors are getting more and more popular.
Makgeolli and Soju now became one of people's favourite drinks globally.
Yet how many can explain what exactly is Soju? What's Makgeolli?
Why is Soju in a green bottle? Why is Makgeolli cloudy?
What are the differences between them and Sake?
To solve all of these questions you might have had in mind,
we opened an open brewery and classroom in London.
Come visit us, taste, learn and make proper Korean liquors.
