NURUK SANGHOE

누룩 상회

Nuruk Sanghoe means “Nuruk Trading House” in Korean — a place inspired by Korea’s fermentation culture, casual drinking customs, and the joy of gathering together.

Under the same roof as SOOLDOGA, London’s Korean Makgeolli brewery, Nuruk Sanghoe brings together fresh Makgeolli, curated Korean liquors, simple snacks, and the relaxed spirit of Korean “gamaek” culture.

Created by SOOLDOGA and ATO, it is a casual cultural space where guests can discover Korean drinks in an easy, friendly, and enjoyable way.

Here, Makgeolli brewed on site meets premium Soju, Cheongju, liqueurs, and familiar Korean bites.

The name also carries a small local story: "Nuruk" not only means the Korean traditional fermenter, but it is also the name of our neighbourhood squirrel, a regular visitor to the brewery who stops by for nuts and gives our team little moments of joy.

In that same spirit, Nuruk Sanghoe was created as a warm and welcoming place for people to drink, snack, talk, and feel at home.

More than a pub, it is a small cultural hideout where Korean drinks, stories, flavours, and everyday warmth are shared.
